Public Hearing Notice Housing Authority of Cheraw

The Housing Authority of Cheraw has developed its 2024 Annual Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 and the Moving to Work (MTW) Demonstration Supplement to the Plan. It is available for review at the local Administrative Office located at 1343 Dizzy Gillespie Drive, Cheraw, SC, and the Central Administration Office located at 2640 W. Palmetto Street, Florence, SC. The Authority's hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday. In addition, a public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at the local Administrative Office located at 1343 Dizzy Gillespie Drive, Cheraw, SC at 10:00 AM. Everyone is invited.
