Maintenance Tech

Maintenance Tech needed from entry level with little experience to skilled with years of experience: Experienced person needed for "multifamily housing" maintenance. Performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled work in the upkeep of dwelling and non-dwelling property with no assistance to complete work orders. Work performed may include cleaning, painting, HVAC, roofing, structural repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, site maintenance, etc.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma.
• Experience involving public contact is preferred.
• Ability to work with limited supervision to no supervision.
• Some type of formal training or experience in the following areas is preferred: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, refurbishing, etc.
• Preference given for experience in HVAC. OSHA codes and any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Must successfully pass the screening process.
