Public Hearing Notice Housing and Community Redevelopment Authority of Marlboro

The Housing and Community Redevelopment Authority of Marlboro County has developed its 2024 Annual Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It is available for review at the local Administrative Office located at 100 Woods Avenue, Clio, SC, and the Central Administration Office located at 2640 W. Palmetto Street, Florence, SC. The Authority's hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday. In addition, a public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at the local Administrative office located at 100 Woods Avenue, Clio, SC at 12:30 PM.  Everyone is invited.
