The Housing and Community Redevelopment Authority of Marlboro County has developed its Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998.  It is available to review at the local Administrative office located at 100 Woods Avenue, Clio, SC and the Central administration office located at 400 East Pine Street, Florence, SC.  The Authority’s hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday.  In addition, a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at the local Administration office located at 100 Woods Avenue, Clio, SC at 1:30 PM.  Everyone is invited.
