COVID-19 Office Closure to Public

Due to the increase in numbers of COVID-19, the offices of the Housing Authority of Florence, Housing Authority of Cheraw, and Housing & Redevelopment Authority of Marlboro County will not open to the Public until further notice.

Please continue to provide requested documents in the available drop boxes at each Administration office. If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact the Housing Authority at 843-669-4163.

The Maintenance staff will only service Emergency Work Orders (Bed Bugs, HVAC, and other emergencies) until further notice.
