Public Hearing Notice of Significant Amendment to the 2015 5-Year/Annual Agency Plan

The Housing Authority of Florence is amending its 2015 5-Year/Annual Agency Plans in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. Three new homes will be constructed for Scattered Sites. The construction of these homes is considered a Significant Amendment to the 2015 5-Year/Annual Plans of the Housing Authority of Florence. 

This is a 45-day notice with an opportunity to present public comments regarding this change. The draft of the Significant Amendment is available to review at the local Administrative office located at 400 East Pine Street, Florence, SC. The Authority's hours of operation are 8:00AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday. Comments must be made in writing and presented to the main office no later than 45 days from posting of notice/date of public hearing.

A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at the local Administration office located at 400 East Pine Street, Florence, SC at 10:00AM. Everyone is invited.
